| Brewster Residence: Description and Plans Located on a secluded wooded sloped site overlooking a fresh water pond to the South and very close to Cape Cod Bay to the North, this house was sited to take advantage of the unique location. The buildable area of the site was restricted by conservation setbacks. The house was configured to orient the living areas toward the views and sunlight throughout the day. The Living Room was lowered to provide vertical scale as well as interior southerly views from the Kitchen and Dining Room through the house to the pond. |
