Located on a secluded wooded site overlooking a
cranberry bog and conservation land, this house was sited to take
advantage of the unique location. The buildable area of the site was
restricted by conservation setbacks and deed restrictions. The house was
configured to orient the living areas toward the views and sunlight
throughout the day. The bedrooms and garage were located to create privacy
and a directed entry to the front door adjacent to the living areas.
